1. We’ll determine your support needs

To start, we’ll have a conversation about your current Salesforce setup and any challenges you're facing. I’ll ask key questions to understand where you are in your Salesforce journey, like what clouds you need support with, how many users do you have, and whether you have an in-house admin. This helps me assess the level of support required and ensure that we’re a great fit for working together. My goal is to understand your unique needs so that we can tailor a solution that works best for your business.

2. Figure out how many hours of support you need per month

Every month, we’ll have a set number of hours to work through. Whether it’s 20, 30 or 40 hours, we’ll make sure that you have the support that you need, with flexible month to month billing.

3. Time to get started

For the first few weeks, I will spend time getting to know your business and how you operate. I will be doing a thorough review of your org. to get myself familiar with your current state, and to look for opportunities for improvement. We’ll be talking about your biggest pain points, and what you want to achieve in the first few months.

4. Backlog Prioritization

I understand that your Salesforce to-do list can quickly grow, making it challenging to know where to focus first. That's where the backlog prioritization process comes in. I help you navigate your Salesforce to-do list by reviewing all tasks and determining which ones are most important. We assess each item based on urgency, business impact, and alignment with your goals to ensure we're tackling the highest priorities first.

5. Sprint Planning

Each month, I work with you to identify your top Salesforce priorities and determine how many tasks can fit within our available hours.

I start by reviewing your Salesforce needs and prioritizing tasks based on their urgency and impact. Then, we allocate time for each priority based on our available hours. Throughout the month, I execute the plan while keeping you informed with regular updates. If your priorities change, I’m flexible and adjust the plan to ensure I stay aligned with your goals.

6. Build and Deployment

It’s time to bring the solution to life. I focus on building high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions that are tailored to meet your unique business needs. My goal is to deliver tangible results quickly, so you can start benefiting from the improvements right away.
